Welcome to BLUSH, where you can take your first step into joining something fun and exciting! See below for our list of group classes. If you are not currently satisfied with your current fitness program or want to finally get involved in the fitness lifestyle, give us a call. We would be happy to answer any and all questions you may have. We are located in Overland Park, Kansas.

Monday
