PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. You'll use your bodyweight to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves to define every single muscle. We crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.
Barre is a unique way to exercise while working with balance. This high-rep of small range-of-motion movements will leave you feeling like a different woman!
Join our 60 minute traditional Zumba class and dance the night away to Latin and international music! This class incorporates varying levels of dance, so that you can keep moving, burn calories, and improve your cardiovascular fitness.
Dance Fit will keep you moving to pop, hip hop and rap for a full hour of fun. This class is an awesome mixture of different music styles combined with creative choreography. You will work your core, legs, arms, and cardiovascular system from beginning to end.
Tone & Shape
Our 60 minute class is a strength-based class, combining body weight or light-weight moves with high repetitions. This total body class will hit every muscle, and is a great class for any fitness level.
PUMPS training features 60 minutes of lightweight, high-rep weight training. Helping to boost your metabolism for up to three days, this is an intense, satisfying workout. Nothing good comes easy!
Turbo Kick is a fat-blasting, ad-defining cardio workout that allows you to burn up to 1,000 calories an hour! A mix of kickboxing and simple dance grooves set to heart-pounding dance music that will have you looking forward to your next workout!
Strength & Conditioning
This 60 minute total body strength class will help you build lean muscle and increase your conditioning. Every class has a short cardio section to get your heart rate pumping for a cardio-conditioning boost, and will be different every time. This class is for all fitness levels and can be modified so everyone can participate.
This 30 minute class is a cardio based class with strength added in. Traditional Tabata is alternating between 20 seconds of max training followed by a 10-second rest period, for 8 rounds, or 4 minutes total. These workouts are fast-paced, fun, and give your metabolism that boost to keep it burning high for hours afterward.
