We crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean and incredibly defined.
Barre is a unique way to exercise, while working with balance. This high-rep of small range-of-motion movements will leave you feeling like a different woman!
For 60 minutes, you can dance like it's 1999! This workout is the perfect way to have a good time with your girlfriends while also working your body.
WERQ is the fiercely fun dance fitness class based on pop, rock, and hip hop music. The warm up previews the dance steps in class and the cooldown combines yoga-inspired static stretching and balance poses.
BLUSH Camp is workout inspired from our BLUSH Boot Camp studio in Lee's Summit. It's designed to get your heart rate up to burn maximum amount of calories and tone your body at the same time!
PUMPS training features 60 minutes of lightweight, high-rep weight training. Helping to boost your metabolism for up to three days, this is an intense, satisfying workout. Nothing good comes easy!
Turbo Kick is a fat-blasting, ad-defining cardio workout that allows you to burn up to 1,000 calories an hour! A mix of kickboxing and simple dance grooves set to heart pounding dance music that will have you looking forward to your next workout!
Try our cardio kickboxing class, which involves a 60-minute combination of martial arts techniques and fast-paced cardio. Punch and kick the day away!
The best of both worlds! 30 minutes of the heart-pumping cardio kickboxing and HIIT of Turbo Kick followed by 30 minutes of PiYo, which will sculpt & stretch your muscles, strengthen your core and imporve your flexibility.
We love TABATA interval workouts. It's four minutes of high-intensity training, alternating between 20 seconds of max training followed by a 10-second rest periods. These workouts are fast-paced and fun and burn up tons of calories! **Tabata Fusion is a 30 minute version**
